Following a competitive tender e-maginative have been selected as the project manager for the design, development and implementation of the UK Government's auctions of Carbon Emissions Allowances (EUAs) under the EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS). e-maginative will be providing project management, business analysis, software development, procurement and market expertise for this key government initiative.

Foreign and Commonwealth Office
e-maginative selected to provide expert programme management and programme office experience implementing best practice programme and project management across a global shared services programme. In parallel e-maginative have implemented and staffed a new programme management office.

Utilising extensive experience in portfolio management e-maginative develop a portfolio management capability assessment tool that is used to determine the ability of central government departments to implement portfolio management across key projects. Following assessment e-maginative develop a comprehensive set of recommendations for each department to take forward.

e-maginative has implemented a central programme management office and introduced portfolio management across the organisation. To support this e-maginative has also implemented a central programme management office underpinned by common tools and templates for use with PRINCE 2.
