Project health checks and audits

e-maginative provides a comprehensive, impartial review service for companies undertaking major projects. We only undertake health checks and audits using specifically skilled consultants. Our government project specialists have been independently accredited and approved to undertake government project reviews under the Office of Government and Commerce Gateway Review process.

Project Rescue

Our project rescue service provides companies with assistance in recovering projects that have gone awry. Whilst each situation is unique, the tools and techniques that we use have been honed over the years enabling us to quickly delve into the key issues. With experts in areas such as infrastructure, software development, process engineering, procurement and finance we can bring together significant expertise and experience to quickly identify the root causes of project issues. Having identified these we then determine recovery options and recommendations, and enable our clients so that they can take these forward themselves, completely independently.

Benefit Realisation

Benefit Realisation is a crucial (though often overlooked) part of successful business change. Projects and programmes are difficult and complex things and measuring the actual benefit they deliver requires careful planning and execution. Good benefit realisation planning relies not just on identifying the specific benefits a project will deliver, but also on determining how these benefits can be measured, how often, what data is required, who will own this and what action needs to be taken if the perceived benefits are not being delivered.
